However, the property had dated rooms, uncomfortable beds, and issues with cleanliness, as the pool area was dirty. The limited breakfast options could benefit from more variety, especially beyond basic carbohydrates.

It was a great fit for a walk-in evening in Newberry with high value for money. The staff switched my damp sheets right away when I complained. Pack some extra towels if you're using the pool, which might be closed unexpectedly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds felt good after a long day exploring. Loved the large hot tub and pool area. both were well-kept and perfect for relaxing. Staff members were friendly and eager to help. Josiah, in particular, made our stay pleasant with his helpfulness. Breakfast had a decent selection, but more variety would be nice. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak times, which made it hard to find seating. Occasional replenishing issues with food items during busy hours were noticeable. An ice maker was broken during my stay, which was inconvenient. Still, for the value and overall experience, I’d definitely recommend this place and would visit again.

stayed at best value inn for 4 nights and really enjoyed the waffles cooked to order. the indoor pool and game room added fun to our stay. the flat-screen tv was a nice touch, too. it’s close to the town center with lots of restaurants nearby!

Had a chill stay for 3 nights. The beds were super comfy, we slept right through breakfast! The location's spot on, close to the falls and Pictured Rocks. Not too many dining options, but we found a nice place in town. Staff were friendly, always brought fresh towels. Just wish the breakfast had more coffee cups available.
